Poste :

• Lead internal and external problem analysis by monitoring quality defects, initiating immediate containment measures, and ensuring swift action to stop non-conformities.
• Drive root cause analysis and preventive measures through quality circles, ensuring the effectiveness of corrective actions in line with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Manage and develop the quality team, providing clear communication, guidance, and supervision of production quality responsibles to foster a culture of excellence.
• Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards, and follow up on corrective actions to secure sustainable improvements.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, CSR requirements, and EHS rules, promoting adherence to quality, safety, and customer-specific standards.
• Act as key interface with CSC for external claims and audits, ensuring transparency and professional handling of quality matters.
• Maintain and prepare essential documentation for production and customer requirements, including deviation requests and rectifications, while ensuring deadlines are respected

Profil recherché :

Qualifications:

• Level of studies: Bac+5 in Quality Management, industrial engineering, technical, etc
• Experience: Min 5 Years experience in a Similar position
• Language: Fluent speaker of French and English
• Office tools: Strong command of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Quality tools: Skilled in FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, and related methodologies.
• Solid knowledge of customer requirements and quality frameworks, including IATF 16949.
• Strong leadership, analytical mindset, rigor, and effective communication.
• Customer focus & continuous improvement mindset.
• Team management skills with proven ability to lead and develop people
