School assistant in the studies department - Faculty for Medical Sciences (UM6P-FMS)

Faculty of Medial Sciences (FMS) administration
Administrative and geographic location / Assignment:
UM6P BENGUERIR
Missions and main activities:
Follow-up of the students' education
Verification of students’ situations
Entry and recording of information in the SONIS school database
Grades checking, registration of written records and deliberations
Distribution and verification of discipline attendance records
Leave of absence management
Teachers planning management for each academic year
Pedagogical registration of students by academic year (setting up and modification of student schedules)
Preparation of the annual back-to-school and integration week
Punctual assistance to the entire department
These missions may be reviewed and adapted according to the needs of the service.

Profil recherché :
Core Implemented and Technical skills:
Technical knowledge of higher education is desired
Computer skills: use of a computerized school database; be proficient in the use of office software (Excel, Word etc..) ;

Professional Environment:
As part of the launching of the Faculty of Medical Sciences in the process of accreditation by the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, the faculty will consist of 5 departments dedicated to:
- Medical training
- Pharmacy training
- Dentistry training
- Nursing and paramedical sciences training
- Continuous education
The FMS teaching team will be constituted of more than 100 teachers. The administrative and technical team is composed of 12 people. The number of students is 100 in medical school, 50 in pharmacy, 30 in dentistry, 97 in hospital management and logistics and 40 in nursing.
