Poste :

APMT is looking for Technical Analysts to join the SOSS
Global IT is currently in the process of expanding its support service, enhancing their capacity and making it more efficient.

The ideal candidate has experience with ITIL using it to support globally managed applications and detail oriented. This is an entry level position within IT general knowledge
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first line support for Port related issues.
• Basic Infrastructure support.
• Basic Wireless support
• Basic Asset Digitization support.
• Other IT support 

Profil recherché :

Who we are looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
- Fluent in English
- Basic knowledge in Service Management and Support Structures.
- Desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable to different cultures
