    SENIOR SALES ENGINEER | Casablanca (Morocco)

    mission 1 : développement commercial et chasse à ce titre il doit : • identifier et qualifier les opportunités commerciales sur les comptes du portefeuille (banques, opérateurs télécoms, grandes entreprises). • développer et entretenir un réseau actif de prescripteurs et décideurs (dsi, rssi, directeurs réseau, directeurs achats). • conduire les actions de chasse sur les nouveaux comptes ciblés et accompagner la signature des premiers contrats. • participer aux événements professionnels du marché (salons, conférences éditeurs, communautés cyber).  mission 2 : pilotage du cycle de vente à ce titre il doit : • conduire le cycle de vente complet, de la qualification à la signature : prise de besoin, élaboration de la proposition, négociation, closing. • coordonner les équipes avant-vente techniques (ingénieurs sécurité & réseaux) pour la production des mémoires techniques, soutenances et démonstrations. • animer les comptes de référence pour transformer une première vente en relation pérenne et multiplier les opportunités complémentaires. • piloter les réponses aux appels d'offres publics et privés (consultations ciblées, ao ouverts, marchés-cadres).  mission 3 : relation éditeurs et partenaires à ce titre il doit : • entretenir la relation commerciale avec les éditeurs partenaires (fortinet, palo alto, check point, cisco, forcepoint, f5, etc.). • coordonner la stratégie de remises et de programmes éditeurs (deal registration, special pricing) pour maximiser la compétitivité des offres. • participer aux séminaires, formations commerciales et certifications de vente proposés par les éditeurs. • faire remonter les besoins clients et l'intelligence du marché aux éditeurs partenaires.  mission 4 : négociation et contractualisation à ce titre il doit : • négocier les conditions commerciales (prix, marges, délais, conditions de paiement, garanties, sla). • coordonner avec la direction juridique et la direction financière la rédaction et la sécurisation des contrats. • assurer le suivi des engagements contractuels et l'évolution des termes en accompagnement du client.  mission 5 : pilotage commercial et reporting à ce titre il doit : • piloter son portefeuille de comptes et son pipeline d'opportunités via un crm rigoureusement tenu. • atteindre les objectifs annuels de chiffre d'affaires et de marge fixés par la direction. • produire les prévisions de vente (forecast), les revues de pipeline et les comptes-rendus de visites client. • contribuer à la définition de la stratégie commerciale et à l'évolution du catalogue de services gbs.  mission 6 : veille marché et intelligence économique à ce titre il doit : • assurer une veille active sur les évolutions du marché marocain de la cybersécurité (acteurs, réglementations dgssi, tendances bancaires et télécoms). • identifier les opportunités d'extension d'offre et de partenariat (nouveaux éditeurs, nouveaux services). • contribuer à la communication commerciale et marketing (références, cas clients, présence sur les réseaux professionnels).
