    vous êtes avant tout un(e) ingénieur(e) « builder », à l’aise dans des environnements exigeants et imparfaits, capable de dialoguer avec des équipes métiers comme avec des équipes de développement et d’exploitation. vous appréciez autant comprendre un problème métier sur le terrain que concevoir, coder, intégrer, déboguer et déployer une solution. vous ne vous limitez pas à produire une recommandation ou une démonstration : vous assumez la responsabilité de faire fonctionner une solution dans un contexte réel et d’en démontrer l’impact. vous disposez idéalement : • d’une formation d’ingénieur bac+5 en informatique, ia, data science ou équivalent; • de 10 ans d’expérience en développement logiciel, data engineering, cloud, ia appliquée, intégration de systèmes ou delivery technologique complexe dont au moins 1 an sur des systèmes à base de llm mis en production; • d’une expérience avérée de livraison de solutions en production, idéalement dans un environnement télécom, b2b; • d’une bonne maîtrise de python ; typescript ou java appréciés; • d’une pratique de prompt et context engineering, rag et bases vectorielles, fine-tuning, orchestration d’agents (langgraph, mcp, google adk ou équivalent en option); • d’une connaissance des pratiques cloud et devops : git, ci/cd, docker, kubernetes, supervision et observabilité; • d’une capacité à intégrer une solution dans un si existant en tenant compte des contraintes d’accès, d’identité, de cybersécurité, de confidentialité et de conformité. une connaissance des environnements télécoms constitue un atout important : réseaux fixe et mobile, oss/bss, supervision, exploitation, incidents, qualité de service, données de télémétrie, cloud, edge ou cybersécurité. votre réussite repose également sur votre posture : autonomie, curiosité, pragmatisme, rigueur technique, capacité à prioriser et goût pour l’itération rapide. vous savez expliquer clairement des choix techniques, y compris les limites et risques d’une solution d’ia, à des interlocuteurs techniques et non techniques. vous êtes à l’aise en français et en anglais, prêt(e) à travailler au contact direct de clients et d’équipes multiculturelles, et animé(e) par une logique simple : transformer une capacité technologique en valeur opérationnelle mesurable et durable.
